Olof is a professional parkour athlete and coach as well as a worldwide explorer. You can catch him on ESPN competing in World Chase Tag on team APEX or hiding out at his "Shabin" in the woods. Bringing stories and lessons from over 40 countries, Olof represents Colorado Parkour at heart and is passionate about teaching strategy, speed, and safety.
This is our advanced skills class. Students must be current parkour athletes looking to step up their training and be a minimum of 12 years old. Be prepared for an intense workout every day!
